Consignor Questions
Who can consign their items and become a seller? Everyone is welcome to consign their children’s items. This sale is open to the public.
What percentage of the sales do I receive? Sellers receive 65% of their sales less a $10. You may volunteer to earn up to 75% of your sales.
What percentage of my items can I expect to sell? Most sellers sell approximately 85% of their items in sizes 2-10. For sizes under 24 months the percentage drops due to the sheer volume of merchandise received. The older sizes also will sell a lower percentage as children become pickier as they get older.
Where do I find safety pins/ hangers? Most dry cleaners will give you a modest amount of these items free. If you need a lot, ask if you can buy them. Children’s hangers are also sold at Wal-Mart in a 10 pack for about $1.00. Please try to put size 4 and under on child-sized hangers and size 5 and above on regular sized hangers.
If I consign my items, do I have to stay during the sale? No. Consignors drop off their items and come back at the end of the sale to pick up their items or you may choose to have them donated.
How many items can I bring into sell? You may sell as many items as you have.
Will I know what items have sold? With our new computer software, you may check your sales anytime online during the sale. You will know when, what and for how much something was sold.
When do I pick up my unsold items? Sunday night, March 1st from 6-8 pm. When tagging your items, you may also choose to donate your items to a local charity. Pick- up will be very organized. Please come no earlier than 6pm to pick up your items as they will not be ready.
Do I have to sort through the racks to find my unsold items? No, as time and volunteer sign-ups allow, we hope to already have your items sorted for you.
How do I sign-up to consign? Just click on our “online sign-up” button and fill out the form. You must pay your $10 registration fee online located on the "Consignor Information" page before you can begin entering your items into your inventory.
